Vlog 35 is up on YouTube! This was filmed on a very cold and windy day in the Mourne Mountains, covering icy ground to a total of 2511m ascent. Hope you enjoy..
On a very cold wintry day, I ascended Slieve Donard via the Black Stair, then on to Chimney Rock Mountain, Rocky, and finished with Slieve Commedagh.
Episode 32 is based in the Mourne Mountains, soon after the first snow dump of winter. The views are spectacular.
Last month I traveled to California and raced the popular TNF50 ultramarathon. Vlog episode 31 covers this adventure!
Episode 30 of iRunOverMountains covers a 39Km route in the western Mourne Mountains on a chilly November morning. Enjoy 🙂
This episode covers my recent anti-clockwise FKT (Fastest Known Time) of the Denis Rankin Round.
The route covers 90Km with almost 6500m of ascent. I completed a clockwise round in 2016 in a time of 19:28. At the time, it was the 3rd FKT of the round.
